Our Team – Your Value
Dr.-Ing. Michael Solvie, MBA – Managing Director
Michael Solvie knows consulting from both sides and in a wide variety of situations.
His consulting is based on the conviction that even the best approaches only work if the employees are on board – regardless of the environment. Michael can inspire enthusiasm in people and takes everyone involved in a project on the journey – from the intern to the CEO.
His intercultural experience from his time in the USA and Asia also helps him in this respect. As a matter of principle, no limit is too high – after all, there could be a solution behind it. With this attitude, he combines business and IT. Digital technologies and their profitable use have fascinated him since his youth – starting with a Tandy TRS-80 for those who might remember.
After studying computer science and gaining a doctorate in mechanical engineering, he worked internationally – in corporations, SMEs and management consultancies. He has been self-employed with his own consultancy firm since 2011.
The father of three finds relaxation in his passion for cycling. And for those who want to know exactly: He is an iD type (DISG) and ENTJ (Myers/Briggs).
It’s best to see for yourself. Anyone who knows Michael Solvie will confirm this: It is a pleasure to walk a path together with him!

After studying medical technology, she worked in international companies and in various departments . She was primarily responsible for personnel development and change management in re-engineering projects. She was also in charge of designing and setting up an in-house training academy, which she also managed.
Natalie Biele has now acquired various training and coaching methods. Her area of expertise ranges from management development to team building.
And by the way: Natalie loves puzzles and looks forward to working with you to tackle your company’s personnel challenges!
Lykke Ibbeken – Junior Consultant
Lykke Ibbeken joined our team at Solvie und Kollegen in August 2024 as a junior consultant in the field of sustainability. Her love of nature led her to environmental protection issues and the associated challenges at an early age. She quickly realized how complex and demanding sustainability really is. This realization motivates her to develop solutions that meet needs and think outside the box.
Lykke studied environmental sciences and sustainable agriculture and has experience in sustainable certification. She will work with Solvie und Kollegen to familiarize herself with sustainable reporting and consulting.
She enjoys spending her free time in nature, often accompanied by her horse, or gardening together.
At Solvie und Kollegen, Lykke will be working intensively on sustainability. She is excited to working with you on forward-looking and sustainable projects.
Saari Ibbeken – Marketing Manager & Animator
